William Pall

William Pall Sr., age 95, passed away peacefully at his residence with his daughter, Joyce on May 3, 2017. Born in Akron, he was a resident of Lakemore. Mr. Pall was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps and retired from B.F. Goodrich. He was the best father, grandfather and provider for his family – God Bless You, Dad. Preceded in death by his wife, Violet Fay; son, William Jr.; his parents, brothers and sisters, he is survived by children, Joyce Ann Pall (Mike Rohm), David James (Brenda) Pall, Mary (Chuck) Hughes, Linda Higgins (Roger), Sandra Johnson (Jim), Helen (Rick) Smith, Julia (Doug) Hartman; special granddaughter and caregiver, Misty Violet and grandson, Scott Myers; 14 other grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Friends and family will be received Monday, from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. Graveside service and burial with military honors conducted by Mogadore VFW Post 8487 will be held Monday, 1 p.m. at Hillside Memorial Park, 1025 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312.
