William J Goble

William J. Goble, age 87, passed away on January 27, 2024. Born in Martin County, Kentucky, he lived in Akron, Ohio. He was employed by Goodyear Tire and Rubber for 37 years. He was a member of the Orioles # 167 and the Mogadore Moose. 

William was preceded in death by his wife of 47 and a half years, Geraldine Goble, son, Glenn W. Goble, and recent life companion, Loretta Kish of 15 years. He is survived in death by his son, William E. Goble (Thomas J. Spires) of Wilton Manors, Florida; daughter, Mary June Goble of Akron, Ohio; grandchildren, Timothy (Lauren McGrath) Sievert of Georgia, Monica Sievert and Ila Harrah of Knoxville, Tennessee, Brother, James Goble of Forestville, Virginia; and sister, Doris Ann Meade of New London, Ohio. 

A private burial was held at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to your charity of choice in honor of William.
