Violette H. Suster

Violette Hilda Suster passed away on February 13, 2024. She was 104 years old. 

Violette Diamond was born April 3, 1919 in Akron. She graduated from East High School and Bankes Business College, which prepared her for her career as a Medical Secretary for several doctors at City Hospital, from which she retired with over 40 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Paul Suster, parents John and Frances Diamond, sister Wanita (Tolleif) Hillestad, and nephew Mark Hillestad. She is survived by her niece, Carole (Ned) Randall, and several great-nieces and -nephews. She is also survived by her longtime caregiver and beloved friend, Kenya Henry. 

Cremation has already taken place, and at her request, there will be no visitation or services. She will be interred at Hillside Cemetery in Ellet.
