Thomas E. "Tom" Arnold

Thomas E. “Tom” Arnold Tom went home peacefully on August 24, 2012.

Born in Akron, he was a life resident of the area. Tom was actively involved with the Home Builder’s Association, and then became self-employed as a real estate agent and appraiser.

He leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Marlene; three daughters, Kristen (Shawn) Miller, Laura (Nick) King and Suzanne (Rich) Goebelt. Tom admired and loved his sons-in-law. He was most proud of the fact that his wife and daughters were all educators. He was happiest spending time with his seven grandchildren, who have many fond memories of granddaddy on beach vacations, playing in the pool and endless tractor rides. Tom made it his life’s mission to help anyone he met. He will be dearly missed.

There will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be directed to Lake Center Christian School, 12893 Kaufman Avenue NW, Hartville, OH 44632-9460.
