Thomas Noel ("Bubble")

Thomas Noel (“Bubble”), age 74, passed away Friday, December 16, 2016 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He leaves behind his wife of 46 years, Delores; daughter, Marcie (Anthony) Woods; sons, Eric Noel (Sharon), Rodney, Tommy and Ricky; granddaughters, Theresa Kohler (Joseph), Samantha, Jackie, Brooke, Haleigh; and grandsons, Scott, Matt and Matthew; great-granddaughters, Lacey Kohler and Aria Noel; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jim and Bonnie Brake and Jim and Linda Van Pelt; sister, Natalie; and a host of nieces and nephews who he loved with all his heart. He was a member of Nativity of the Lord Jesus Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister prior to his illness. Tom was a truly amazing man who brought joy to everyone he knew. He will be missed immensely. Friends and family will be received Tuesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 1 p.m. at Nativity of the Lord Jesus Catholic Church, 2425 Myersville Road (at Killian Road), Akron, Ohio 44312 with Father David Halaiko presiding. Burial will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
