Thelma K. Jackson

Thelma K. Jackson (nee Haudenschild), age 91, joined her husband in Heaven on February 5, 2014.

She was born in Loudonville, Ohio; retired from B. F. Goodrich and Goldsmith and Eggleton LLC. Thelma was a member of Lakemore United Methodist Church and Daughters of America Lakemore Chapter. She was a Tri-chem instructor for many years and enjoyed spending time at the Springfield Senior Center.

Preceded in death by her husband, Sherman; she is survived by her sons, James (Carol) and Albert Jackson; grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Kreiner, Robert (Nicole) Jackson; great grandchildren, Bailey and Brandon Kreiner; brother, Clarence (Nancy) Haudenschild; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312 with Pastor Jeff Gindlesberger officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
