Sylvia D. Hildreth Nicholas

Sylvia D. Hildreth Nicholas, age 51, passed away suddenly on February 6, 2014.

Born in Flint, Mich., she lived in the Akron area most of her life. Sylvia loved being with her family, animals and enjoying the outdoors, especially riding motorcycles.

Preceded in death by parents, Peter and Patricia Shipp; she is survived by her husband, Clint; sons, Justin and Jake Hildreth; daughter, Jade Nicholas; stepchildren, Mike, Sam, Crystal, Frankie and Stephine; nine grandchildren; brother, Peter Shipp; and sister, Tami Shipp.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 12 noon at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312 with Rev. Richard W. Ferris officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday. Memorials are suggested to Sylvia’s family.
