Susan E. Phelps

Susan E. Phelps, age 55, passed away December 26, 2021. Born in Highpoint, North Carolina, she lived in Portage Lakes and Barberton. She graduated from Coventry High JVS. Susan worked as a cosmetologist at Best Cuts and was a member of Cornerstone Church. She enjoyed her cats and dog, Dixie, as well as spending time with her family and friends. Susan was preceded in death by her mother, Jane; father, Fred Sr.; and sister, Tammy. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Mike Phelps; son, Andy; and brother, Fred. Memorials can be made to The American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org), The American Heart Association (www.heart.org), or The COPD Association (www.copdfoundation.org). A private burial will be taking place at Greenlawn Cemetery in Uniontown.
