Shelva J. Roth

"Together Again" Shelva J. Roth, age 77, went home to be with her husband on October 17, 2017. Born in Belington, West Va., she lived in the Brimfield area most of her life. Shelva enjoyed reading, cross stitching and ceramics. She also liked to watch stock car racing and visit casinos. Shelva was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; daughter, Carla; infant daughter, Kimberly; parents, Hildreth and Mildred (Harris) McCauley; and three brothers. She is survived by daughters, Jody (John) Stamm and Kelly (Paul) Peterson; son-in-law, Harold Johnston Jr.; grandchildren, Rachelle, Erika, Lindsay, Alyssa and Michael; great-grandchildren, Camden and Cohen; and sister, Mary Himes. Friends and family will be received for visitation on Friday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. Funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home Friday at 1 p.m. with Chaplain Matt Doerle officiating. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery in Brimfield.
