Sharon L. Chalfant

Sharon L. Chalfant, age 74, went home to be with the Lord January 10, 2022. 

She was born in Salem, OH and lived in Randolph. Sharon graduated from Western Reserve High School and retired from the medical field where she did medical billing. Her hobbies included reading, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and crafting. She loved watching her grandchildren play sports as well as any other activity they were involved in. 

Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Joyce Chain, and stepfather, Dennis Chain. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Larry Chalfant, whom she married on December 28, 2007; sons, Dennis (Michelle) Miller, Timothy (Jodi) Miller, Lee Chalfant, Wes (Elizabeth) Chalfant; daughter, Traci (Jeff) May; and grandchildren, Kenny, Tyler, Abby, Kylee, Nick, Meghan, and Lucas. Memorial donations can be made to New Baltimore Community Church, 7761 Pontius St. NE, Alliance, OH 44601. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 29th at 12 p.m. at New Baltimore Community Church, 7761 Pontius St. NE, Alliance, OH 44601. An hour of visitation will begin at 11 a.m. A luncheon will be held after the service. If you intend to stay for the meal, please let the family know.
