Rose M. Factor

Rose M. Factor, 97, died in her sleep on Saturday February 25, 2017. She was born July 25, 1919 to Matt and Rose Zallar in Aurora, Minn. She graduated from Bedford High School. Rose married the love of her life, Gerald Factor in 1940 and they spent 67 happy years together golfing, bowling, dancing, joking, and traveling. Rose worked many years first as a cashier, then as a bookkeeper, and homemaker. She and Gerald retired in Florida then later returned to Ohio to live with their son and family. She will always be remembered for her generous, loving, playful spirit, and adorable lisp. She enjoyed making new friends and reconnecting with old friends, and never said no to a game of cards. Rose is pre-deceased by her love, Gerald; and their only son, Gerry; her parents; her twin sister, Ann (husband, Ed Smiley); her brothers, Matt (wife, Lorraine), Albin (wife, Pharabee) and Edward (wife, Marion); and many other friends and family. Rose is survived by her grandchildren, Eric (wife, Hope), Valerie Neman (husband, Tony); daughter-in-law, Bonnie; great-grandchildren, Erica and Payton Factor and Marina and Makayla Neman; good friend, Michelle Cozzoli; and many neices & nephews, especially Louise Novack and JoAnn Steigerwald.
