Roger Wayne Kirk "Chainsaw"

Roger Wayne Kirk “Chainsaw”, age 72, went home to be with the Lord May 2, 2015. Roger grew up in Cambridge and currently lived in Uniontown. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was the Owner/Operator of Kirks Tree Service. Roger loved drag racing, was a member of I.H.R.A. and was also an avid bowler. Preceded in death by his parents; five sisters; and one brother; Roger is survived by his fiancé, Mary Greer; sons, Rodney W. Kirk and Tony W. Kirk; daughters, Michelle Pence and Jackie Blogna; ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Thursday, 11 a.m., at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.). The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 5 to 8 p.m., and one hour prior to the service on Thursday, from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
