Robert "Bob" Egli

Robert “Bob” Egli, Jr., age 61, went home to be with the Lord on July 5, 2017. Bob was born in Barberton, and lived most of his life in the Akron area. He was employed with the Perrin Asphalt Company for 25 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Carol; son, Michael; and sister, Carol Ann. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Michele; children, Billy, Tonya (Todd), Tina, Robert III and Guanetia; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; brothers, Charles “Buddy” (Linda) and Michael (Dianna); sisters, Darlene and Robin (Rick); nieces, nephews and many friends. Friends and family will be received Sunday, from 2 to 5 p.m., and Monday, from 12 to 1 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. Funeral Service will be held Monday, 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Bill Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
