Richard W. “Dick” Frost, age 77, passed away September 18, 2016 after a long illness.
Born in Akron, Ohio, on December 22, 1938. Richard lived in the Uniontown/Hartville area most of his life. He served in the U.S. Navy from June 16, 1957 until 1960, when he then joined the Navel Reserves, serving until June 15, 1962. He served as a driver and a mechanic. He was the founder and owner of Hartville Coin and Jewelry.
Preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Helen; daughter, Jill; grandson, Brandan Frost; and son, Jeffrey Barbour. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Judi K.; sons, Jack Frost, Rick (Tracy Rose) Frost and Scott (Christine) Barbour; grandchildren, Victor, Jesseca, Alex, Edward W., Bob (Kristyn) and Noah; great grandchildren, Ayden, Hayley and Bobby “R.J.”; brother Ken (Jean); and sister, Marianne Oyler.
