Randall L. "Randy" Combs

SPRINGFIELD TWP. -- Randall L. “Randy” Combs, age 67, passed away peacefully at the Hospice Care Center on August 14, 2018, surrounded by his family. Born in Charleston, W. Va. to Hubert and Geraldine, he lived in Springfield Township all of his life. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Randy was employed as a machinist for many years, working at various locations. He loved riding his motorcycle and liked to work on jigsaw puzzles. Randy was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who enjoyed spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his father, Hubert, he is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Mary Jo; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Brian Abbott; and grandson, Zac; mother, Geraldine; sister, Rebecca (Joe) Reischman; nephew, Steve Reischman (and his son); sister-in-law, Pat Fink and her children, Michael (Andrea) Fink (and their children); and Michelle (David) Green (and their children); and special friends, Ron and Becky Christie. Family and friends will be received Friday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312.
