Ralph E. Grant

Ralph E. Grant, 97, went to be with the Lord January 23, 2013.

Born in Akron, Ralph served in the U.S. Army and retired from National Rubber & Machine. He was a member of Believers Bible Fellowship. Preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, Emma Jane; and siblings, Genevieve, Anna May, Lucille, Walter and Marvin, Ralph is survived by sons, David and James (Cindy); daughter, Kathleen Ruggles; granddaughters, Monica, Kimberly, Jennifer, and like a granddaughter, Debi Good; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Saturday, February 2, 2013, 11 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312. Entombment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2013.
