Quinn Harper Eggert "Quinnie" Quinn spent 85 days fighting and passed fighting the morning of July 12th.
Quinn inspired those who knew her with her fight and tenacity. That spirit will live on in those folks. She touched the hearts of so many during her time with us. Quinn loved watching everyone who came to visit her and always kept an eye on the NICU staff as they treated her. We know Quinn will be keeping that eye on all of us from this point forward.
She is survived by her parents, Becky and Eric; her little twin sister, Cora; her fur sisters, Ivey and Ava; Grandparents, Chuck and Carolyn, her Aunts, Elizabeth and Sherrie; Uncles, Michael and Tommy; and cousins, Chaz, Drake, and Malia. Very special thanks to the Akron Children's NICU team for giving us the wonderful time we had with our little girl. Special thanks to all her Aunts in the NICU, and a very special thanks to her Aunt Lauren. Gone but never forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, we are accepting donations and plan to forward those donations onto the NICU in Quinn's name. The NICU was the only home she knew.
Friends and family will be received Friday, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.) Funeral service will be Saturday, 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Chaplain Rob Grow officiating.
