Paul E. Kilgore

Paul Eugene Kilgore, 67, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on July 7, 2023, in Akron. Born on August 13, 1955, in Akron, Paul was a father, brother, and grandfather. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Paul was a man who loved to work with his hands and had a passion for fishing and antiquing. He found solace in nature, spending time feeding the squirrels and birds in his yard. One of his favorite pastimes was enjoying the finest premium cigars by a bonfire, savoring the simple pleasures of life.

He is survived by his son Kris (Megan) Kilgore, daughter Chelsea (Matt) Kalister, and his cherished granddaughters McKenzie, Avery, and Lennon. Paul also leaves behind his sisters Val (Monty) Gleason, Debbie (Jerry) Eichler, Sallie Kilgore, and brothers Carl (Trisha) Kilgore and Wray Kilgore. He will be remembered fondly by his nephews and nieces. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Barb Kilgore, and his son Aaron Kilgore. Their memories will forever be cherished.

At this time, no memorial service is planned to honor Paul's life. However, those who wish to pay their respects can make contributions to St. Jude's, a cause that was close to his heart. Paul Eugene Kilgore will be remembered for his love for nature, his passion for fishing, and his kind spirit. May he rest in peace, forever cherished in our hearts.
