Together Again

Patricia A King, age 89, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Pat was a lifetime resident of Mogadore. She was a longtime, active member of the Mogadore Christian Church, and later became a member of the Chapel. She devoted her life to raising her family and always making time for anyone in need. She was well known for her excellent baking skills and enjoyed sharing a treat with anyone stopping by.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Evelyn Sollers; and her loving husband of 63 years, James King. She is survived by her children, Bruce (Cindy) King, Brian (Anita Rardon) King, and Marilyn Hotchkiss; grandchildren, Heather (Bryant), Lori (Russ), Ashley (Michael) and Nick; great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Hannah; and brother, Charles “Buzz” (Nancy) Sollers. She was also affectionately known as Grandma King to our extended family. The family suggests that memorials be made in her name, to the charity of your choosing.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 22^nd at 12 noon, at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron (Ellet), OH. 44312, with Pastor Gordon Hayberg officiating.

Friends and family will be received Saturday from 10-12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Mogadore.
