Patricia Ann Hennes (Knight)

Patricia Ann Hennes (Knight) Patricia Ann Hennes, age 76, passed away on February 20, 2021 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Born on January 6, 1945, Patricia graduated from St. Mary High School in Lorain, Ohio in 1962, and St. Francis School of Nursing in Columbus in 1965. She married Harold “Harry” Hennes on August 26, 1967. Patricia was a member of St. Matthew Parish and was active in the PTA, Band Boosters and Meals on Wheels. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking and sending cards. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles R. and Angela J. (DeMarco) Knight; and sister, Grace Knight, she is survived by her husband, Harold “Harry”; son, Greg (Tracy) Hennes of Hilliard, Ohio; daughter, Jennifer (Nathan) Grainger of Noblesville, Indiana; grandchildren, Megan and Aidan Hennes; siblings, Richard (Cindy) Knight of Argyle, Texas, William (Janet) Knight of Flushing, Ohio, Barb (David) Sanborn of Lorain, Ohio, Charles (Lisa) Knight of Erie, Pennsylvania, and Mike (Jan) Knight of Olmsted Falls, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. Patricia’s family would like to extend a special thanks to Summa Healthcare Hospice. A Celebration of Life service for Patricia will be held at a later date.
