Mary A. Horning

Mary Horning, 51 years, passed away on July 25, 2023.

Mary lived in Randolph until moving in 2016 to a Hattie Larlham Supported Living Home in Ellet (a suburb of Akron). She worked at Portage Industries in Portage County until moving in 2016. She then worked at United Disability Services in Akron Ohio. Mary loved her family, living on her own, her job, and the many friends she made along the way.

She was preceded in death by her Mother (Janet Horning). She is survived by her Father (Andy Horning); sisters Lynn (Jeff) Kelley and Liz (Bill) Berger; nephew Dean (Zay) Kelley; niece Brianne Kelley (Chandler Klinck) and all of her caregivers and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, August 4, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2643 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, Ohio 44260 with Father Luoni celebrating. Procession will originate at the church. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, August 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312.
