Marvin R. Hilley

Marvin R. Hilley Jr., 46, passed away suddenly on March 1, 2013.

Born in Orange, Calif., he lived in the Akron area most of his life, and was employed with Bass Boss Bait. Preceded in death by grandparents, James and Catherine Lupori and Clinton Hilley; and niece, Summer Goudy, Marvin is survived by his parents, Marvin R. Sr. and Frances Hilley; sisters, Michelle (Mike) Lepsesty, Jennifer Riggs, and Karla (Michael) Goudy; nephews, Jacob and Joshua Goudy and Tommy Riggs; niece, Hannah Riggs; and grandmother, Hazel (Fred) Hicks.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, 1 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, OH 44312 with Pastor Ken Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until service time on Tuesday.
