Margaret H. Hughes

Margaret H. Hughes (Shepherd) was born August 4, 1922 in Clarksburg, W. Va., and passed away on November 28, 2014.

She was preceded in death by husband, Kenneth; and three brothers, John C. Shepherd, James P. Shepherd and Robert V. Shepherd. She resided in the Akron area for 66 years and worked at the A&P Grocery chain for 20 years. She was loved very much by her family and will be greatly missed by daughter, Karen (Don) Hagarty; two grandsons, Jim (Debbie) Hagarty, Bob (Susan) Hagarty; and four great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Kylie and Adam.

The family wants to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire staff at The Merriman and Trindia Hospice for their patient and loving care. We are honoring her wishes to have no services.
