Malchrom L. Guesman

Malchrom L. Guesman, age 78, passed away on January 16, 2016 as a result of Alzheimer’s Disease and Colon Cancer. 

Born in Somerset, Pennsylvania, Malchrom lived in the Akron area most of his life. He retired from Ohio Carpenter’s Union 639. Throughout his life, Malchrom loved gardening and woodworking. He was a dedicated husband and father to his family and will be dearly missed. 

Preceded in death by his wife, Alice in 2006; he is survived by his daughter, Kathy (Tim) Falkenstein; son, Daniel (Elizabeth) Guesman; grandchildren; great grandchildren; and sister, Mary (Victor) Collier. 

Funeral service will be held Friday, 12 Noon, at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron/Ellet, Ohio 44312. Friends and family will be received Friday, one hour prior to the service, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park.
