Louise Bowser

Louise Bowser “Weezie”, age 92, went home to be with the Lord on December 19, 2017. Born in Akron, she was a life resident of the area. Louise worked at Edwin Shaw Hospital for 30 years, and another 17 years at Pleasant View Health Care Center. She enjoyed helping and caring for the senior patients, and also playing Bingo. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; and two brothers, she is survived by her children, Patty (Jerry) Stapleton, Karen Kintz (Dave Parsons), Pauline (Roger) Scheck and Robert Paul (Carolyn) Krohmer; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be Friday, 11:30 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312 with Rev. Keith Hejnal officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park. Family and friends will be received prior to the service on Friday, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The family suggests memorials to Mt.
