Louis R. Brocco

Louis R. Brocco, age 87, passed away on December 29, 2017. Born on November 25, 1930 in New Philadelphia, Ohio to Mary Minnedeo Brocco and Tony Brocco, he graduated from New Philadelphia High School and Ohio University as an Electrical Engineer. Lou served in the U.S. Air Force for three years, and worked at Goodyear Aerospace. He loved to golf and travel. Preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; first wife, Christine; step-son, Rick Bowers; step-daughter, Teri Bonvenuto; and step-grandson, Aaron Kilgore, Lou is survived by his wife, Marilyn Bowers Brocco; children, Lynne Brocco (Art), Dana Dillon and Philip Brocco; step-children, Sue (Jack) Bush, Jeannie Kilgore (fiancé, Rick Montecalvo); step-son-in-law, Mark Bonvenuto; grandchildren, Conor Dillon and Brianna Dillon; six step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren. We would like to thank everyone at GentleBrook in Hartville. Lou loved all of you. Per Lou’s wishes, there will be no services and cremation has taken place.
