Linda Marie (Decker) Jett

Linda Marie Jett, age 66, passed away on May 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. 

Born in Meyersdale, Pa., she graduated from Wadsworth High School and was employed with GOJO Industries as a supervisor for 18 years. Linda managed group homes for many years for Summit County MRDD, Hattie Larlham, Hope Homes and the Blick Clinic. She was a member of Grace and Truth Tabernacle for many years. Linda enjoyed flea markets and collecting ruby red glass, but above all she loved spending time with her family and attending family reunions. 

Preceded in death by her father, Harry Wayne Decker Sr.; brother, Harry Wayne Decker Jr.; and sister, Karen Lister, she is survived by her husband of 48 years, Billy; son, Dwain; daughter, Melissa (Larry) Walker; grandchildren, Tori, Terra, MacKenzie, Madison, Sydney, Shayla, Kyle, Gina and Tami; great-grandchildren, Mira, Alara, Noah and Noel; mother and step-father, Mae and Ray Grams; brother, Terry Decker; and sisters, Edie Decker and Pat Williams. 

Friends and family will be received Monday, from 6 to 8 p.m.; and Tuesday, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.) Funeral service will be at the funeral home Tuesday, 12 noon with Pastor Jack Coontz Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
