Leonard L. "Lenny" McHaddon

Leonard L. “Lenny” McHaddon, 68, died suddenly May 31, 2012.

Born in Kittanning, Pa., he lived in the Akron area most of his life. Lenny was employed as a truck driver for most of his life, and was also head of maintenance at St. V-M for eight years.

Preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary; parents, Wilbert and Martha McHaddon; brother, Wendell McHaddon; sister, Clara Mae McHaddon; and brother-in-law, Timothy Lang, he is survived by sons, Michael McHaddon and Todd McHaddon (Pamela); daughter, Bobbie McHaddon; grandchildren, Duncan, Haley and Darren; sisters, Shirley Graham (Greg Waterson), Josephine Lukehart (Everett); brothers-in-law, Richard (Shirley) Lang, Paul (Pat) Lang; and sister-in-law, Jean LoIudice (Tom).

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 2603 Benton St., Akron, Ohio 44312, with Father Michael Williamson celebrating.  Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery.  Friends may call at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312, from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
