Kathleen I. Lozier

Kathleen I. Lozier, 90, went home to be with the Lord on June 15, 2024.

Born August 9, 1933 to the late Dorcey and Ivy Benett. She lived most of her life in Springfield Township before moving to Norton in 2019. Kathleen was employed at Kmart for 18 years and she enjoyed game shows and country music. 

Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Moe” Lozier, and her daughter, Gloria Votaw. She is survived by her son, David (Kimberly) Lozier; grandchildren, Bethan (Gary), Charlie (Liz), Dustin (Jamie), Brandon (Jen); great grandchildren, Mariah, Carson, Dominic, Deagan, Caden, Davi, Lily, Dre, Pierce, Phin; and nephew, Tom Johnson.

Family and friends will be received Thursday, June 20th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312. Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with burial to follow at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Summit County Humane Society (summithumane.org).
