Karen L. Rainieri

Karen L. Rainieri, age 67, passed away on June 25, 2013 after a long illness.

Born in Bay Village, she moved to the Mogadore/Suffield area when she got married. Karen had been employed by the Cleveland Metro Parks, and she and her husband owned and operated Paradise Lake Country Club for many years.

Preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. in 1998, Karen is survived by her son, Michael A. (Micki Nicholson); brother, Tim (Linda) Clarke; and sisters, Kathie Kelling, Hope Clarke and Kris Oldridge.

The family will receive friends at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Avenue (Route 532), MOGADORE, Ohio 44260, from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday. Private interment will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorials may be made in Karen’s name to the Greater Akron Humane Society, 7996 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087.
