Karen S. Cruse (Sheppard)

Karen S. Cruse, age 64, passed away on September 22, 2021. Born in Barnesville, she was a resident of Lakemore and more recently, Akron. Karen loved reading and watching sports. She enjoyed watching the snow fall, tending to numerous fish, and writing in her diaries. Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Cruse; infant daughter, Amy Cruse; mother, Verna Bell Shepherd; and grandmother, Sarah Elizabeth Stewart. She is survived by her son, Daniel Cruse; daughter, Shannon (Terry) Beachy; and grandchildren, Freedom, Gabriel, Lillianna, and Truth Beachy. Friends and family will be received Saturday, October 23rd from 12 to 2 p.m.at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312.
