John M. Tosill

John Martin Tosill, 74, of Akron, Ohio unexpectedly passed on October 2, 2017. He was proceeded in death by his wife of half a century, Sandra “Sam” Tosill, and his beloved mother, Helen Meier. He is survived by his daughters, Breelyn Mehrtens, Bridget Kohut, and Robin Lee; son-in-law, Brad Mehrtens; grandchildren, Devin Kohut, Benjamin Mehrtens, and Bailey Mehrtens; sister, Carol Ann Eubank; and many nieces and nephews. In accordance with his wishes, his body will be cremated. A service will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers or donations, please go out of your way do something kind for a veteran or active duty service member. John served in the USN aboard the U.S.S.
