Joanne J. Molnar

Joanne J. (Wills) Molnar, 92 years old, passed peacefully on February 28, 2024 surrounded by her family. 

She was a nurse at Children’s Hospital for over 40 years. Joanne loved Nascar, and watching her boys Eugene Jr., Joseph and grandson Eugene W. race.

Joanne is survived by her son, Joseph. Granbabies Patricia (Glenn) Eagon, Pamela (Kelly) Turneau, Katie (Eric) Hicks, Sarah (Joe) Molnar, and Rachel (Scotty) Molnar. Great granbabies Ashley (Travis) Turnbow, Aron Dowdy, Tyler Turneau, Anthony Turneau, and Brooke Mangold. Great-great granbabies Johnathan, Addisyn, Oakleigh, Lily, Layla and Jaxson. Many loving nieces, nephews, brother Bill Wills, brother-in-law William (Bud) Dunn, and many loving friends.

Preceded in death by her loving husband Eugene Molnar Sr., son Eugene Molnar Jr., grandson Eugene W. Molnar, and sister Delores Dunn.

She will be missed dearly. Forever in our hearts and memories. Never forgotten.

Family and friends will be received Monday, March 11^th from 12 to 1 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312. Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with interment to follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
