Jo A. Hutchison

Jo A. Hutchison (nee Ayres) Jo A. Hutchison, age 80, went to her rest on Thursday, May 1, 2014 surrounded by her loving family, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.

Music was a great source of joy in Jo’s life. She was also an avid book reader, bird enthusiast and flower gardener, receiving the Akron Beautification Award for many years. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Thomas; children, Connie Jo DeAngelo (Joe), Jeffrey (Julie), and Amy Wright; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Sue Swan. She will also be remembered by three generations of admiration that include her given name.

There will be no calling hours or services. The family suggests memorials to a charity of your choice.
