Janet E. Clark (nee Upson)

Janet E. Clark, age 94, went home to be with the Lord on January 19, 2015.

A life resident of Suffield, Janet was a homemaker and a very active member of Suffield United Church of Christ, where she sang in the church choir and was a member of the women's Sunday school groups. She also enjoyed being part of a church sewing group that made hand puppets for children at area hospitals.

Preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Anna Upson, and brother, Donald. Janet is survived by her husband of 74 years, Robert; sons, Lauren (Randa), Tom (Sandy) and Doug (Debi); daughter, Becky (Bill); seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Friday, 1 p.m. at Suffield United Church of Christ, 1115 State Route 43, Suffield, Ohio 44260, with Pastor Mary Bordenkircher officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 11 a.m. until service time Friday. Inurnment will take place at Hillside Memorial Park.
