Jacqueline "Jackie" Balko

Jacqueline “Jackie” Balko Jacqueline Hoover Balko answered God’s call on August 9, 2016. 

Born on October 9, 1971, she graduated from East High School in 1991 and was a life resident of Ellet. Jackie was a homemaker and mother of four and loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed music, life’s offerings and being at the beach. 

Preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Jackie is survived by her husband of 30 years, John Balko; son, Michael; daughters, Jennifer, Nicole and Saydee; mother and stepfather, Deahadra and Patrick Riley; and father-in-law, Theodore Balko. 

Friends and family will be received Monday, from 4 to 7 p.m., and Tuesday, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. Funeral service will be Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Harold R. Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
