Harry D. Wise, age 90 of Uniontown, formerly of Suffield, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015.
He farmed for most of his life and worked 30 years at General Tire. Harry enjoyed fishing, golfing, playing cards and watching his grandchildren play sports. He had a unique sense of humor that always made people laugh.
Preceded in death by parents, Harry and Mary Wise; brother, Bill; and sister, Clara Holderman, Harry is survived by wife, Annabelle (Ann) of 68 years; daughter, Jean Ann; and son, David (Kathy); four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind sister, Mary Kehner; brother-in-law, Dean Holderman; sister-in-law, Joan Wise; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to all the nurses and staff of Summa at Home and Hospice of Summa for the wonderful and compassionate care given Harry.
There will be no calling hours per his request. Cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Suffield Fire Department, 1256 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, OH 44260.
