Gregory Alan Beebe

Gregory Alan Beebe, age 56, passed peacefully on September 29, 2015.
He was born in Fort Rucker, Alabama and lived in Akron most of his adult life. Greg served in the US Air Force as a Transportation Specialist. He graduated from Ellet High School in 1977 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Akron. Greg was always a sports enthusiast and especially loved football. He loved the Browns and Ohio State football.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Doris Beebe; and his brother, Frederick Beebe. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica; and his brother, Gary; as well as many cousins. Greg will be missed by many.
Family and friends will be received Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312, where funeral services will immediately follow at 11 a.m. Burial will take place Monday, 11:30 a.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
