Geraldine M. Moyer

Geraldine M. Moyer, 76, passed away March 23, 2012.

Born in Akron, she was a life resident of the Akron/Tallmadge area. Geraldine was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved being outdoors and enjoyed camping and boating.

Preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Cathryn Rice; husband of 52 years, Robert, in 1996; sister, Vera Brodie; and son, James; she is survived by son, Robert (Donna) Moyer of Bunnell, Fla.; daughter, Colette (Keith) Cover of Springfield Twp.; grandchildren, Kim, Tony (Leann), Holly, John (Michelle(), Keith Jr. (RHoni) and Michael; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Monday, 12 noon, at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312, with Pastor Jeff Gindlesberger officiating. Burial will take place at Hillside Memorial Park.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the service time on Monday.
