Georgene Rae "Peaches" Whited

Georgene Rae “Peaches” Whited, age 75, passed away on September 30, 2015. 

Peaches lived in Richfield, Ohio and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Lambert; and sisters, Betty Yannayon and Shirley Prock, Peaches is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jerome (Bob) Whited; children, Connie Bates, Thomas (Eileen) Lambert and David (Stacy) Lambert; grandchildren, Shawn Confere, Justin and Carrie Riemenschneider, George, Travis, Tori and Taylor Lambert; great-grandchildren, Kamryn and Dakota Confere and Maddixx Neading; sisters, Joannie Harper and Mona Kratzer; brother, James (Dianna) Thomas; many nieces and nephews. We will miss her great cooking and warm, kind heart. 

Family and friends will be received Monday, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312, where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 12 noon with Rev. Dale M. Warrick officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Doylestown United Methodist Church, 153 Church Street, Doylestown, OH 44230.
