George J. Westbrook

George J. Westbrook, age 86, went home to be with the Lord on June 29, 2014.

Born in Marietta, Ohio, he lived in Mogadore most of his life. George was employed at Schwebel’s Bakery for over 30 years, and was a member of the Moose Lodge and Elks Lodge. He enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing.

Preceded in death by his wife, Jean; parents, George and Stella; two brothers; and four sisters. He is survived by son, Michael (Jackie) Westbrook; daughters, Sandie (Gary) Graham and Tami (Earl) Hughes; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Ethel Lint.

The family will receive friends Monday, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Avenue (Route 532), MOGADORE, Ohio 44260, where funeral service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Larry Baldridge officiating. Burial at Greenwood Cemetery.
