Erma L. Hindel

Erma L. Hindel, 92, passed away May 26, 2013.

She was born in Dresden, Ohio and lived most of her life in Tallmadge. Erma was a loving, devoted mother and grandmother and her family was blessed to have her in their lives. She was a sales associate with Sears, a member of Mogadore United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening.

Preceded in death by her husband, Gerald; son, Robert; and grandson, Jason Hindel. She is survived by sons, Edward (Robin), Dwight, and Jim (Bobbi); daughters, Carolyn Hindel, Bonnie (John) Lallathin; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Karen Hindel; sisters-in-law, Rose Hindel and Ruth Thomas.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at Mogadore United Methodist Church, 3828 Mogadore Road, Mogadore, Ohio 44260 with Pastors Scott Hindel and Dan Baer officiating. Graveside services and burial Thursday 2:00 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 34 S. Cleveland Avenue (Route 532) and from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Mogadore United Methodist Church.
