Ella Jeanne Brumbaugh

Ella Jeanne Brumbaugh, 93, passed away August 6, 2017. Born in Alliance, Ohio, Ella lived over 70 years in the Green area and graduated from Greensburg High School. For the last 13 years, she lived in the Retirement Residence of Green. Ella attended Greensburg United Methodist Church for many years and was a member of the Green Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary. She retired after 34 years of service from Transohio Bank where she worked as an assistant to the manager. Preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Earl; and great granddaughter, Kaleigh Crawford; she is survived by her five children, Sue Leach, Beth (Bob) Caillet, Joyce (Ron) Greenleaf, Tom Brumbaugh and Tina (Russ) Redhead; ten grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brothers and sisters, Pat (Paul) Shook, Laura Parks, Bruce (Mitzi) Hodgkinson, Kathy Long and Mike (Bobby) Hodgkinson; sisters-in-law, Donna Ayers and Evelyn Brumbaugh. Funeral service will be Friday, 10:30 a.m., at Greensburg United Methodist Church, 2161 Greensburg Road, North Canton, Ohio 44720, with Pastor Katie Osier officiating. Friends and family will be received Thursday, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.), and on Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the church.
