Eileen T. Wilson

Eileen T. Wilson, age 82, passed away November 14, 2015.

Eileen was born in Clark Co., Illinois and lived the last 50 years of her life in Suffield, Ohio. She enjoyed barbershop music and sang for many years with “Forever Harmony.” Eileen was a loving and dedicated mother of six children and she readily welcomed anyone into her family. She was a wonderful grandma and great grandma and will be missed by all who knew her. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Warren; parents, Alva and Flossie Thompson; brother, Reo and Dennis; sister, Ruby; and son-in-law, Domenic Pizzoferrato; she is survived by sons, David (Alpana), Rick, Brian (Becky), Ron (Sue) and Terry; daughter, Joy Pizzoferrato; 12 grandchildren, Shomir, Kaya, Toby, Robert, Ben, Sam, Sarah, Alex, Andrew, Anna, Danielle and Daniel; three great grandchildren, Ryan, Ellie, Ian and Jeremy. 

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron/Ellet, Ohio 44312, with Pastor Kurt Huber officiating. Friends and family will be received Monday (TODAY), from 6 to 8:30 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron.
