Doris J. Farmer

Doris J. Farmer, 91, passed away on April 14, 2025.

She enjoyed going to yard sales and sitting on her swing outside. She was a proud foster parent, giving a home to many children over a span of 20 years. Doris was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Maxine and Robert; and daughters, Darlene and Lauretta. She is survived by her husband of over 70 years, Harold; son, John; and 5 grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received Monday, April 21st from 10 to 11am at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312. Funeral service will begin at 11am with burial to follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
