Donna Jean Lester

Donna Jean Lester, age 80, passed away December 17, 2014.

She lived in the Akron area her whole life, and graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1953. Donna worked at F.W. Albrecht Grocery Company for 28 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lester Sr.; parents, Robert and Clara Sidell; and brother, Robert Sidell, she is survived by sons, Richard Lester Jr. (Rosemary) and Thomas Lester (Debbie); grandchildren, Adam, Rick, Steve and Allison; sisters, Betty Ann Dussel, Carole Messenger, Cecilia Tarle; and special friend, Frank Shenigo.

Cremation has taken place. At our mother’s request, there will be no services. Our deepest thanks to all the staff at Manor Care that made our mother’s last days comfortable.
