Don R. Ritter

Don R. Ritter left us on July 24, 2014 at 67 years of age. He was a wonderful husband and father.

Don was born in Akron, Ohio on April 4, 1947 to William and Amelia Ritter. He lived in the Akron area until moving to St. Petersburg, Fla. in 1973. Don graduated from Green High School and attended Hammel Actual Business College. He was retired from Florida Bearing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, David Nooney. Don is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Nina Ritter (nee Creme); and son, Don T. Ritter; brother, William and wife, Bonnie Ritter; nieces and nephews, Cindy and Terry Rann, Lisa Nooney, William and Kim Ritter and Robert and Mina Ritter; two great-nieces; seven great-nephews; and two great-great-nieces.

Family will receive friends on Friday from 12 to 2 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road Akron, OH 44312 with burial immediately following at East Liberty Cemetery in Green.
