Dennis Bowman

Dennis Bowman, 74, passed away February 15th, 2018. A lifelong resident of Springfield Township and old school mechanic who could fix anything with wheels, Denny was a lover of cars, antique machines, and dogs who worked for many years as a vehicle mechanic and supervisor for the City of Akron. He was a friend to many and enjoyed his daily breakfast at Farmer Boy. Son of Ray and Mary Bowman and brother of Ronald and Jeanne (Herzog) (all deceased), he leaves his nephew, Eddie (Barbara) Herzog; his great nephews, Christopher, Josh and Jeremy; and his great-nieces, Sarah and Shannon. We will always love and miss our Uncle Denny - Rest in peace, Uncle D. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service, but there will be a memorial gathering at a later date.
