Delores M. "Dee" Anderson

Delores M. “Dee” Anderson, age 84, passed away August 14, 2013.

Born in Akron, she lived in Mogadore most of her life. Dee retired from Uniroyal/B.F. Goodrich in 1992, and was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Richard in 2011; parents, Robert and Elizabeth Harris; and brothers, James and Alfred “Bud”. Survived by daughter, Jill Anderson of Silver Lake; brother, Bob (Twila) Harris of Mogadore; sisters, Gladys (Dwayne) Francis of Mogadore, and Barbara (Gerald) Gabriel of Doylestown; many nieces and nephews. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 2603 Benton Street, Akron, Ohio 44312, with Father Michael Williamson presiding. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Memorials may be made to St. Matthew Catholic Church.
