Connie F. Dennison

October 26, 1946 — March 4, 2017

Connie Dennison, age 70, went home to be with the Lord on March 4, 2017. Born in Kosciusko, Miss., she lived in Akron/Springfield Twp. most of her life. Connie was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Hartville. She will be remembered for loving her husband, children and grandchildren and enjoying fellowship with her brothers and sisters in Christ. Preceded in death by her parents, E.C. and Mattie Myers; brothers, Dewey and Amos Myers; and mother-in-law, Anna L. Dennison, Connie is survived by her husband of 35 years, George E. Dennison; sons, Gary (Sue) Morgan, Eddie (Allison) and Todd (Megan) Dennison; daughters, Brenda (Paul) Coontz and Brandi Dennison; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 11, 2017, 2 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church, 1127 Southeast Avenue, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278 with Rev. Bernard Christy officiating. Friends will be received at the church from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. A celebration dinner will be held in the Fellowship Hall following the service.
